3D Printing & Prototype Development
Scaled patterns help us machine-cut materials accurately, keeping the finished mascot as close to the original artwork as possible.
For selected mascot projects, 3D printing and prototype development allow our team to evaluate complex shapes, proportions and structural details before final production. The prototype can be scaled, refined and used as a reference for cutting, carving or constructing key mascot components.
This helps improve consistency between the approved artwork and the final mascot, especially for detailed heads, facial features and character shapes that require precise proportions.

CNC Router

Dye Sublimation Fabric Printing
Dye sublimation printing allows us to reproduce custom colors, graphics, patterns, and branding directly onto suitable fabrics. This is ideal for mascot clothing, promotional costumes, uniforms, and detailed branded elements that require clean and consistent color reproduction.
