Can I change the colors of the costume?
Yes. We support custom color requests. Please select the custom option on the product page and leave your color requirements in the order notes. If available, you may also provide a PMS color code for reference.
Can accessories be removed?
Yes. Many costume accessories such as hats, shirts, shorts, or jerseys can be adjusted or removed depending on the design. Please leave your request in the order notes before checkout.
Can you print our logo on the costume?
Yes. We support logo customization. Please leave your request in the order notes and send your logo file to info@bekimascot.com.
Can you make a custom mascot based on our picture?
Yes. We offer custom mascot production based on customer-provided images or drawings. Please send your reference files to info@bekimascot.com for review and quotation.
